Dockside meetings,      $500 - $1200    plus costs

Bed and Breakfast,       $   75 - $  250    includes kitchen and guest facilities

Suites by the week        $300 - $1000     includes kitchen and guest facilities

ESTIMATED EXPENSES:
Estimated daily expenses may vary depending on the size and specifications of the individual charter.

         Captain will extend charter upon request if vessel schedule permits.
                                             Additional Bareboat time is $225/hr. plus tax.
                                             Additional Captain time is $30/hr. plus tax.
                                             Additional Crew time is $20/hr. per crew member plus tax.

FUEL CHARGE:
Fuel charge is based on actual running time. Adjustments will be made after charter is completed.
 

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Food & Beverage options will be provided upon request. You can customize your own menu.

Estimate for customer provided food for extended charter:
                                     # of Guests at $30 each per day + # of Crew at $20 each per day.
                                     Any unused balance is refundable.
                                     Please make food check payable to the Chef or Captain.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:
A deposit equal to 50% (including applicable tax) of the bareboat rental is required by Executive Charters LTD, within 14 days of confirmation to reserve your charter date.

REFUND POLICY:
A full refund of the deposit will be made if cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the charter date less a $100 handling charge. After 45 days a refund will only be made if we re-book your charter date. A $100 handling charge will still apply.
